  • Cartridge life depends on source water quality. However for the majority of Australian locations each filter pack will last approximately 12 Months. The cost of the 12 Month pack (4 cartridges) is $147 inc GST.

  • It’s a straight forward job for any handyman or plumber. Some customers choose to install the unit themselves. Detailed instructions are provided.

  • Most health experts agree the most critical issue is to get the chemicals, additives and toxins out of your drinking water. Alkalising water can be done by adding lemon, however if you want to remineraliser the water we have an optional Alkaline filter for that purpose.

  • Yes of course you can. You can uninstall the machine in a few minutes.
